Results of the meeting of the working group on the activities of accredited CABs performing work on conformity assessment of railway transport products

On September 22, a meeting of the working group on the activities of accredited CABs performing work on conformity assessment of railway transport products was held under the Federal Service for Accreditation Public Council. The meeting was attended by more than 20 people, including representatives of the Service, the National Institute for Accreditation of RusAccreditation, the Technical Committee TC 045 "Railway Transport", the scientific and expert community, accredited organizations, associations and industry enterprises.

One of the key issues on the agenda of the meeting was the question of the possibility of using interstate standards which were not joined by the Russian Federation for the purposes of conformity assessment, as well as national standards of the EAEU member states.

During the meeting, the members of the working group also considered issues related to the implementation of the provisions of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2019 No. 1236, work in FGIS of RusAccreditation and other issues.

The protocol of the working group meeting on the activities of accredited CABs in the field of conformity assessment of railway transport products under the RusAccreditation Public Council dated September 22, 2020 will be available in the section of the group in the near future.
